The kitchen is updated with newer appliances, including gas stove. Large neutral tile flooring throughout extends out to the patio. The condo is pool side for easy access yet maintains complete privacy.
Canyon Country Club Estados features three heated swimming pools, four spas, onsite gym and laundry, five tennis and two pickleball courts. This unit also provides a private carport with storage.
This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
