Additionally, the centrally located atrium allows extra sunlight to brighten both the living space and the guest bedroom.

The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, a 40-inch TV, a ceiling fan, a large closet, and shutters for those who prefer to sleep in late. The ensuite bathroom features dual vanity sinks, natural light, and a step-in shower. The guest bedroom contains a queen bed and a 42-inch smart TV. This bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with the front office, which also has an additional bed for overnight guests.
