The Pearl – Is a beach house gem! If you are looking for something out of the ordinary this, is it. It is the perfect place for both small and large families. The house sits on the edge of the alluring Cinnamon Beach Lake. It has breathtaking water views from all three levels. It is just steps to the ocean and the Amenity Center. The Pearl is in the perfect location for an unforgettable vacation experience.

The Pearl has five guest suites, each with access to its own full bath. It has two King Bed Suites, two Queen Bed Suites, and a Suite with two Twin Bed beds that can also be configured as a King Bed. The office also provides three additional twins!

The Gourmet kitchen has a Commercial 36” Gas Stove versatile enough to please any chef. The state-of-the-art appliances includes an ultra-quiet dishwasher, refrigerator, and a Wine and Beverage storage unit. Brew up your cup of morning coffee in the Keurig or Drip Coffee Maker. There is a separate pantry stocked with all the additional appliances needed to make cooking any meal a breeze.

The Pearl also offers two expansive main living areas – The Great Room is beautifully furnished with the latest 75” TV technology. The second Family Room is also beautifully appointed with its own separate kitchen area overlooking the inviting pool. There is also a separate office on the first floor.

The exquisitely designed, built in summer kitchen, includes a large barbeque area, sink and separate refrigerator.

This home has Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella/Tent & Beach Wagon to enjoy! It also has a Pack-n-Play and high chair for little ones. The home also has 2 bike to enjoy during your stay.

Cinnamon Beach is absolutely a wonderful place for families The gated community is safely walkable, and the amenities, including two pools are perfect for children and adults. The community is on the beach; sunrises are magnificent.

This place was perfect for our trip! The house was very clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for everyone. The pool area and lake view were a huge bonus, and the beach was just a short, easy walk away. It worked great for a group with adults and older kids. Something for everyone. The host was very responsive and made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend staying here!

Annual Family Christmas Trip

This is our 6th year taking a trip with our 4 adult children and 2 significant others in lieu of buying gifts. This house was perfect! It has huge communal spaces for being together and relaxing, playing games, or eating a meal all together. It is well equipped and extremely comfortable. We have gone to some equally beautiful VRBOs., but everyone agreed this house was one of our favorites. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Fantastic home and location.

We were not sure what to expect the home to be equipped with so we packed slightly heavy. To our suprise, the home had everything from beach carts, bikes, canopy, plenty of pots, pans, glasses, kitchen smallwares, etc. The property was very clean and tidy. The house was very clean, new and BEAUTIFUL! Housekeeping did a wonderful job I was happy to sweep the floors and keep the house clean myself The pools, game room and all common areas were fun and very well maintained Maintenance were very nice and quick The house offered office space where twins could be added. I did request this but couldn’t even see where that was possible I wish I would’ve asked maintenance while they were fixing freezer We did have a family back out so additional beds weren’t as needed. Our family would rent again and would recommend Cinnamon Beach to family and friends.

Amazing setup for a family vacation with littles

The two pools and kid's splash pad were well maintained, not crowded and kept everyone entertained. The access to the beach was so convenient but I will note it's not exactly a wade in the water or walk the beach situation. Crushed shell sand with flat rocks lining the waterline. The house is spacious and updated with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The home's own pool is not too large but plenty big for our family to enjoy during naptimes and after bedtimes.

The amenities (both pools, grill) were awesome. It was a little strange that both hot tubs did not work for our entire week. The house was well stocked. The garage was full of beach chairs, easy ups, boogie boards, a wagon and things that people have left over time. I guess CBP does not want to promote this in case these items get taken or broken they don't want to be responsible for these items if they are not there (and I totally understand their position) but it was super nice to use the beach gear/toys that were already there. We had a wonderful, relaxing week with our family in this gorgeous home.

It was spacious enough for our group of 9, and we never felt cramped. The pool, while on the smaller side, was just right for relaxing and cooling off. The garage was stocked with pool and beach toys, which was super helpful and much appreciated.One major plus was the elevator — it made getting luggage up to the third floor so much easier and was a huge convenience for our group.A couple of things could’ve improved the experience: it would have been nice to have a water cooler or some complimentary coffee for guests, especially for that first morning. We had to scramble a bit and rely on DoorDash for the basics. Also, communication with the host was limited, and we were uncomfortable to find an Amazon camera on in the kitchen when we arrived.Still, we had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again. The home itself and the location made for a memorable and enjoyable trip.

Cinnamon Beach Vacation

The house was a quick 3-4 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the pools. Each floor of the house was beautiful and very accommodating for any large family.HOWEVER, I did have to take 2 stars off based on my personal experience. For those that care, unfortunately, there were several amenities that didn't work during my stay that may be frustrating to others booking from here if they experienced the same:1) The refrigerator in the main kitchen was broken and took 3.5 days to fix. • (Told them on a Sunday and took them until Thursday; They said they'd be there the next day) • (Had to throw away food)2) The grill in the back yard near the pool had rusted grill grates so we couldn't use it3) TV's in most bedrooms wouldn't work since they required a wifi connection that wasn't setup (was able to connect some but they'd disconnect after a day or two)4) The fire pits in the backyard didnt work either since each had an empty propane tank (spare was empty as well)5) Some miscellaneous stuff included lights that didn't work in some bedrooms and the Foosball table was broken on one end (very minor issue though)Again, my family was able to continue enjoying our stay even with these inconveniences, but these may be extremely frustrating for other families expecting everything they see in the pictures to work. If these items were fixed during our stay, this would easily be a 5 star review!

Luxury at Its Finest

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was phenomenal! Large, bright and immaculate, we appreciated the touches of luxury in every room. Our group of 5 couples had plenty of space and enjoyed the quiet nature sounds, lovely furnishings, en-suite bathrooms for each room and an elevator. The indoor and outdoor spaces were amazing. We grilled steaks and shrimp on the built-in grill and really appreciated the outdoor heaters alongside the wonderfully warm/clean swimming pool. Plenty of parking and a 2-minute walk to a quiet beach! We will definitely return. The only oddity we encountered was a lack of frying/sauce pots. We think this was an anomaly because there were 8 to 10 frying/sauce lids, so perhaps they were removed for one reason or another. Regardless, we had the time of our lives and have already recommended this house to our family and friends. Such a wonderful and welcoming house and neighborhood with a friendly and responsive staff. Enjoy!

Amazing summer beach house

We loved how the house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out if they’d like but also the enough space on the main floor for everyone to come together and hang out. We enjoyed early mornings on the back porch drinking coffee and planning our day. The convenience of having the two club pools and beach access was perfect. It was also nice having the pool in the backyard for when we wanted a swim at the house. We would definitely love to come and stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home! We love this home and have stayed here a couple of times. There are a couple of updates or repairs that need to be made. King bed on main floor is very uncomfortable. It sags in the middle . Exhaust fan does not work in twin room. Bikes need repairs. Lastly, bedspreads need to be laundered. . Incredible home with fabulous floor plan and view.
