It's always wonderful to stay in this complex. The ammenities are great! The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that the condo was not as clean as it could have been. Pet hair was on the couch and master bedroom bedspread and it smelled a bit like "dog". I know it's pet friendly but I don't think it was cleaned up as well as it could have been. Also, at 5 minutes to 10 am on checkout day, there was a knock on the door. It was the cleaning crew. I answered the door. Absolutely rude as could be. No hello....no "were here to clean". Just stood there looking at me saying nothing. I said "we have 5 minutes" as we were trying to hurry out on time. All the lady said in a smart alec voice was "ok". Almost with a dirty look. Nothing like "no problem....we'll be right outside". Nothing.....was not impressed. A broom would have been nice to be left in the condo as well. And the couch has seen better days. I think it's life is pretty much over with. Really uncomfortable and smelled like dog.
