Perfect location

The house was so close to the beach which wasn’t overcrowded. The house was the perfect size and had everything we needed for a perfect beach day.

Great place to stay! We love cinnamon beach and this house was great! Plenty of room for everyone, everything you need, and only 1 block from the pool and the beach! Great company, we had a problem with A/c and they sent someone right out! They did a candy bar on the beach our first night! The kids loved it !! We will be back!!!

Palm Coast stay

The house was perfect for our group of 6 - plenty of space, well furnished, and great location. The booking process and all communications were great - quick responses to any questions and excellent detail in pre-trip emails. The house was very clean with plenty of dinnerware, utensils, appliances, and cookware. Very close to the beach and great walking paths. We really enjoyed the stay. Beautiful house and quiet, friendly neighborhood.

House is very well supplied. Our only complaint is we called about the tv and cable in the guest house and they said they were sending someone over and they never did. Great location

Great House, Great Location

This was our second time vacationing at Cinnamon Beach. The first time we had a smaller group and stayed in a condo, but this time we had 7 people and upgraded to this house. It was plenty big enough for all of us, including meal preparations. Short walks to both the pool and beach access, where we spent most of our time. The little courtyard with the putting greens was a nice feature as well.

Vaca 2023

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was great… near beach and pool. The grandkids loved the putting green! The layout is perfect for multiple couples. An observation… the kitchen and master bedroom are upstairs so carrying heavy coolers, luggage, and groceries up can be challenging (especially for older people)… but it is definitely doable.

Great home and location. But maintenance needed: faucet not working in master bath, toilet paper holder out of the wall, stove control panel not secure, no cover for garbage disposal, kitchen faucet head dangling.

Perfect for family

The fenced yard was perfect for the 4 kids. Separate cottage perfect for Grandparents. Floor plan allowed for private areas for reading or work/phone conversation. Lots of extras such as ping pong table/ supplies, golf balls& putting club, extra beach towels, was a nice touch. Furnishings worn. Could use a new matress in guest cottage.

Mother in law suite was a great added bonus Quiet, beaches were never crowded (also 4th of July week) so plenty of space and easy to watch kids. Pools were fantastic and grill food was great. Easy 2 minute walk to beach. Only thing I wished we had was a pool at the house because the club pools close at 8pm. Also, had a bag of tee shirts delivered to the house by the rental company. Best vacation in years, we will be back!

Spring Break Get Away

I stayed here with my family and our friends family for spring break. Our kids range from 10 to 17 years old. The home was clean except the master bedroom sheets had a lot of hair on them. We found extra sheets and got it changed. The in law suite was fantastic as I need sleep and didn’t desire to be up late hearing chatter. The area was close to locations we visited. It was a bit boring for our teens but They made the best of it. We played games every night and really enjoyed our time together. The neighborhood was very safe and fantastic with great views from the balcony porches.

Great location but not worth the value

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the great things: location and size of home. Communication with management team was good. Having access to beach chairs, towels and whim was great. The not so great: half the lights were burned out when we arrived including all exterior lights. No shampoo and ran out of bathroom soap. House was outdated and not taken care of.

The amenities at the resort are great and perfect for a family with kids. The house itself is a nice layout and can comfortably sleep 8 to 10, but could use some attention to make it really good. There were numerous light bulbs out, the Wi-Fi does not cover the entire house, and the kitchen cookware/utensils could use an upgrade.

The location was great with a very short walk to both pools and the beach. We were able to see a rocket launch from the beach. It was safe with opportunities to walk along the beach, within the complex any time of day, or along paths. We will absolutely return again!

Family Vacation 2021

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home, very clean, and great location. There were issues with the home. The oven did not heat properly due to electrical issue, gas grill with 5 burners would not heat above 250 degrees. This caused major issues with preparing meals for a family of 10. With the expense of the property I am very disappointed with the quality of the home for cooking for large group.
