Stayed at Hilton Boca Raton Suites and unfortunately this property is not worth a $300-per-night rate. The hotel is currently under renovations, and the construction noise was extremely loud and disruptive throughout the stay. Drilling and renovation activity made it difficult to rest or relax, which defeats the purpose of booking a suite hotel. While the staff was courteous, the overall experience does not match Hilton brand expectations at this price point. Guests should be clearly warned prior to booking that renovations are ongoing and noise levels may significantly impact their stay. Until renovations are completed, this property should be priced accordingly or guests should be given advance notice. The only highlight of my stay was the breakfast. They have an amazing chef and the servers were magnificent.

Had called earlier to confirm request for balcony lake view but when arrived no balcony. Told nothing they can do. Screaming and banging neighbor last two nights - children and adults - throughout the night. First time I complained was told to call during the noise. Second time I called while screaming was told they’d look into it but unable to do anything at the moment because he was the only one there and couldn’t leave the desk. Upon check out was told by mgr that security spoke with guest who apologized. I told her my son who was staying with me had to leave in the middle of the night and go to a friends so he could sleep because he had classes the next morning. Mgrs response was “she could move me and What did I expect her to do?!” Seriously?! So disappointed. Though I’ve stayed many times past two years (6 or 7 times)? and have always enjoyed staying here, am probably going to stay elsewhere because of the managers response in addition to my request for balcony not being honored ☹️
