Absolutely Disgusting. Avoid at All Costs. I’ve stayed in countless hotels and Sonesta Select Boca Raton Town Center is hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was in the room for only 12 minutes and that was more than enough. There was hair and grime all over the shower. The walls, the towels. The carpet was filthy, stained, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. And worst of all, there were bed bugs in the bed. That’s not just gross—it’s dangerous. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund. They refused and charged me for the night anyway, even though I left right after reporting the condition of the room. This place is not just dirty, it’s unsanitary. No guest should ever be exposed to conditions like this. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Or if you have an option to sleep in a dumpster it would be better.
