A/C was very noisy and had to turn it off to be able to sleep. I asked to be relocated and the answer was "We're fully booked and we cannot help you". The sheets were durty with dog hair... They charged for parking. I slept in the bed with my clothes on... Terrible experience

The room was cold and the heat was insufficient, only one chair which was unstable but most of all a lack of hot water. We moved out after seeing the room. We quickly repacked, loaded the trunk of the car and found another hotel. On the bright side the one hotel staff member we encountered was lovely.
