Great location, friendly staff, and I would like to especially call out the INCREDIBLE Concierge, Dorotea! She went out of her way to ensure that we could change our rental car drop off location and help us get a shuttle to the Ferry. She was always willing to help and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and even offered suggestions on where to take my wife for her birthday! We cannot say enough about her and we hope to be able to stay there again in the future!"
