This property is extremely convenient for the historic centre of Palermo with the Quattro Canti being just outside. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance as are most of the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the breakfast is good. The staff were very obliging. Their are some aspects which may not suit everyone:- The reception is only manned in the morning so it is self check in and entry via a key safe. No lift so be prepared to carry suitcases up one or two flights of stairs. There is street music in the evenings just outside which is nice but can go on past midnight so light sleepers beware.

amazing place. balcony overlooks the Quattro Canti, perfect for people watching. gets a bit loud at night as music plays on the street, but it's what we expected. breakfast service was awesome. cleaning staff was super nice. great place. would stay again

Highly recommend

Very comfortable, excellent breakfast, perfect location right next to streets with shopping/restaurants/nightlife. No front desk but staff was quickly responsive via Whatsapp for any needs. Only other thing to note is that it's stairs only and down a cobblestone street too narrow for cars which may be tricky for the elderly or disabled, but no problem for us. Very comfy stay!

Excellent stay

Lovely place in a fantastic location. There was music audible outside until about midnight and then it quietened right down. It was never loud enough to bother us anyway though. Really central. Very comfortable and fantastic host who really helped us out by arranging transportation to the beach when other plans we had made fell through at the last minute. Would definitely stay again if we were back in Palermo.

Location could not be better. Steps from Quattro Canti. The apartment was large, clean and nicely decorated. The balconies were perfect for eating a very delicious, free, daily breakfasts. Bathroom was huge and new. Staff was attentive. Charming building. Loved the entire stay

Location was perfect. Able to walk streets with plenty of restaurants etc. only 2 issues . Instruction for air conditioning were not there. I asked for help and was told the wall it was on. We never got it working, Other issue, info stated breakfast was a 8:00, if you need it earlier let them know. I told them we leave at 7:30 for the train could we get breakfast at 6:30 -7 and was told they can’t provide that early. Why ask then say no. So we had to spend another 20 euros for bakery items at the train station.

It was in the centre of Palermo, so we could walk to the things and places we wanted to see and enjoy! Food and drink was excellent, as was the breakfast each morning in InCanto. The stairs were difficult for me in InCanto.
