Our stay was longer than typical B&B guests, spanning 12 nights. We came to know the Proprietors and their effort to make our stay memorable, was always evident. The surrounding area is amazing for cultural activities, dining and shopping. All major historical areas within easy walk. We asked for recommendations and were always provided suggestions that expanded on our experience of Palermo, including a beautiful spa. Having a vast breakfast selection provided streamlined our day and we could take on various site seeing adventures. Train to Cefalu and buses to soccer stadium, SferraCavallo were easy to find and navigate. Great memories!

It was like living in a palace. Staff were friendly and checked to make sure we were ok. Breakfast buffet was excellent with fruit and fresh pastries and cereal and great coffee. The owner even took us to where we could pick up our car for the rest of our trip.

We appreciate the spacious unit we got. The owner sent clear instructions about how to check in and check out was also smooth. When we can’t get ride from Uber to go the bus station the owner drove us immediately for 10 euro and we were able to catch the bus in time.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We really liked the location. Close to the train station and buses going back-and-forth to the airport. I would stay there again and also recommend it to others.

Great property to stay in. Only thing, was the sensor on the AC. Needed to keep moving at night in order for it to stay on. But only because we like our room cold at night. Other than that the place is great the staff very friendly!! Must stay!

I hate having to leave a bad review. The employees were so nice and the breakfast was great. However, the room was hot and dark with no windows. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and it was a short door to the room. We kept banging our head on the doorframe.

Very disappointing customer service

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review because of something that happened: we spent 2 nights at the hotel at the beginning of our stay, and it was fine. The room was OK, and staff seemed nice (only having one person speaking English). Then we left, and they did not say anything else to us, just good bye… we stayed in Sicily for a week, and I forgot that I have had another reservation to this same hotel the day prior to our departure. I never received an email from hotels.com reminding us of this reservation until late afternoon the same day, but we already made another reservation earlier that day so I had to cancel this one. They did not want to give us a refund (which I understand as the booking was non refundable) but they did not even want to discuss it, as I consider that not reminding us the reservation while we were there was part of their fault too (and we were customers as we spent already 2 nights there!)… so at the end of the day, I consider this place as a bad experience in a very nice trip to Sicily otherwise, and I would not recommend it.

Room and bathroom were very spacious. Bed comfortable, shower one other best we had on our trip. Interior was a little dated but quiet for a big city like Palermo and the location near Piazza Marina and the Lungomare was great! One of the best restaurants in Palermo almost directly across the street! Breakfast nice and owner conveniently offered to take us to the train station instead of waiting for a taxi for a nominal fee.
