This beautiful light and airy 3 bedroom caravan is located in the award winning Beverley Holiday Park in Goodrington, just a 5 min drive to Paignton and Goodrington sands beach. The English Riviera has many exciting places to visit close by like Splashdown water park, Paignton Zoo and Babbacombe model village to name a few. The Caravan includes a master bedroom, two twin rooms with the main bathroom having a toilet, basin and good size shower cubicle, the caravan also benefits from a second toilet. All bedding and linens are included along with lots of lovely homely touches (towels are not to be removed from the holiday home) The caravan has 2 tarmacked, allocated parking spaces outside (please do not park on the grass) , benefits from a good sized garden plot and is not directly overlooked. The living space comprises of an open plan lounge (hidden sofa bed) with cosy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a full sized oven, fridge and freezer. Check in is at 4pm on arrival day and check out is at 10am on departure day. Within the Park, there’s plenty to keep the whole family entertained with the indoor pool a real holiday highlight with its warm waters, bubbling poolside hot tub, sizzling sauna and steam room, plus a well-equipped gym.

There are also 2 heated out door pools available, one on Beverley Park and the other on Beverley Bay (where the holiday home is). On Beverley Bay, you'll also find The Saltwater Inn, with a selection of fantastic beverages and regular entertainment too. Practice your putting skills on the crazy golf course, try your luck in the Amusements Arcade or let your little ones let loose in our fun-filled soft play and outside play areas. The starlight bar is the life and soul of the party, after enjoying a lovely meal at the stylish Jetty Lounge, Bar & Terrace. Wonderful views and things to do, come along and see! You can walk between the parks. There are bus stops on Goodrington Road (between the parks) but you can also walk into Paignton in approx 15 mins. Paignton Zoo is just a 10 min drive away!

What a wonderful place to stay!

Lovely clean caravan with well equiped kitchen.

Nicely situated caravan. Quiet area within walking distance to all activities. Beautifully clean site and van with comfortable beds. Lovely treats left for us by host, thank you Sara. Ideal for families with young children. Variety of food readily available on site. Outdoor pool a big hit with the grandchildren.

Great accommodation and site

2nd year at BW7, this really works well for us with 2 small children and a teen. The caravan is in a lovely quiet spot, with plenty of space around it, outside benches/tables, and has everything you could possibly need. The site is good with 3 pool options which kept the kids happy. Small arcade which was fine for 10 mins at the end of each day and a well equipped shop. We didn’t use the evening entertainment as our days were so full that it was good to just chill out in the caravan at night - good Wi-Fi so we could log into our entertainment apps on the TV and relax. Sara (host) really goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your break - all cleaning bits and pieces provided, tea,coffe,sugar and milk (even Tassimo pods) and an extra box of goodies with biscuits, croissants, crisps, snacks, squash and a bottle of wine! A real treat - thank you Sara for letting us stay at BW7

This caravan was furnished to the highest standard, and along with all the treats and trimmings left for us made it really special. Within easy reach of Paignton, Goodrington Torquay and Brixham ideal for hetting around. Excellent all round

Fabulous!

We had a full house of 6 adults and 2 children. Although ‘cozy’ if passing in the hallway, we had plenty of room. Generous provision of portacot for the baby even though we didn’t use it in the end. Fabulous welcome basket which we thoroughly appreciated. Quiet end of the facility which meant a bit of walking to the amenities but that suited us perfectly- we’d rather have the peace :-). Small issue with gas was quickly sorted with property owner/manager and never caused inconvenience. They even turned on fabulous weather for us 😉😂 Thoroughly recommend for a comfortable and pleasant vacation property.

Great accommodation in good location

Property was exactly as listed, very well equipped and very clean. Nice touches from Sara, welcome pack with treats - even wine and Tassimo pods. Thank you! Plenty of towels, cleaning stuff and even light blankets in each bedroom which were very useful as it was too hot for duvets. Fan in lounge was also much appreciated. As we were with our small grandchildren we were not out late at night, hence Smart TV in lounge a bonus as we could log into our personal accounts. There was also a DVD player with a few DVDs. Wi-Fi was available for a small fee too. Property is in quiet location with plenty of space outside for little ones to play safely. The holiday park itself was good - we were in the quieter part over the road which I preferred as it was more private (only a short walk to the main part) we managed to get spots in the outdoor pool twice - water was lovely and warm, plenty of sun loungers - booking system seems to work as it means it doesn’t get too crowded. Indoor pool small but a good alternative for little ones if you can’t get a slot in the outdoor pool. We ate in site restaurant one night - not bad. Tried the chippy another night - awful - avoid it. On-site shop has pretty much everything you need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to go back another time - would recommend.
