The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The only two complaints we had was the inefficient and noisy AC. The thin walls did not provide any noise buffering either.

As others have said, immaculate well-cared for property in walking distance to downtown attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Cons: cold-food only breakfast (except for waffles), that was the same every day. Seating was very tight at times during breakfast. Small in-room refrigerator did not have freezer section. TV was streaming only, and was connected via Wifi, causing it to studder often during programming.

Affordable Pagosa with a great location.

No frills hotel/motel but very well located and friendly service. The owner has made smart choices in updating this hotel. Elevated furnishings, clean and safe. This hotel also offers free breakfast and a hot springs/hot tub area but I did not partake. They are located on the riverwalk and have a lovely covered sitting area near the park/pond. I walked into town and it was an easy and cute stroll to all the restaurants, etc in town.
