Amazing Home

What an amazing house at the end of a cul-de-sac. This was ideal for our adult children and their spouses the kitchen was the most equipped we’ve ever seen in a VRBO operator. We saw a large heard of Elk the day we left.

SOOOO AMAZING! This house was so much more beautiful in person. Everything was top of the line and was very very clean. The sceneries were spectacular and I cannot say enough about it.

This place was just perfect!!My daughter and her man decided they wanted a small family wedding, so we chose this place for their magical day. The snow with this house and its beauty, made everything perfect!! Thank you Natalie for all of your assistance and constant communication.

Amazing property

We had hands-down the best vacation in this home. The house has everything you could ever want, plenty of space for kids and adults alike, and the view out the back is breathtaking. The property managers were even better. They helped us book excursions away from the house and were there at the drop of a hat if we needed anything. We’ll definitely be back!!

Fantastic Property

This place does not deserve to be on a 5 point scale because it was a 10 out of 10. The owner of the property spared no expense on the house and amenities. Everything was well thought out and made for a perfect stay. If you are looking for a property that has upscale amenities, this it. Large kitchen with Wolf appliances, gas fireplaces in many rooms, hot tub outside, sauna in master bathroom, beautiful surroundings in a gated community with large lots.

Mountain Perfection!

This house was beautiful, well furnished, and well equipped. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this property, and want to return some day! The house description leads you to believe the house will accommodate 16 with the garage apartment, but the max is 12 due to county rules. Lori and her team were great, and easy to communicate with. Great trip to Pagosa!

Amazing location!

We came from Texas as 3 families. 7 adults and 5 children. This house is so big, everyone has plenty of room to stretch out! The view was gorgeous! So many levels to this home made living conditions perfect. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Lori for being so quick with responding!

Majestic home with Karen next door neighbor

house was clean and nice, air conditioner didn't work well house temp stood around 76°. rented property with intentions of bringing our atvs. As soon as we showed up the next door neighbor "karen" came over complaing about our atv trailers which were parked in driveway not on street. Within 15 minutes of her complaining we received a phone call from property management threatening to terminate our rental contract and my elderly parents and my kids, wife, and nephew and I without a place to stay... they did not follow through with kicking us out but put a huge damper on our vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Pagosa Springs with our family. The cabin was everything we hoped for and more. Being able to walk into the national forest from the backyard was amazing. Lori was an excellent host and did all she could to make our stay comfortable. The AC on one side of the house was not cooling properly, so extra fans were delivered to help. Thankfully the nights were cool to help keep the kids and adults asleep! The location of the cabin made all our excursions easy to access. The AC was fixed at the end of our stay.....a part had to be ordered. We would love to rent this cabin again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Lori, for your great communication and help. Pagosa Springs is our favorite destination!

I booked a different property months ago for a very special gathering of girlfriends. We have been friends since kindergarten and are 65 years old currently. One of my girlfriends is building in Pagosa Springs, but living out of a fifth wheel in the process. Another one of our friends lost her husband unexpectedly and this weekend was to be her 40th wedding anniversary. I tried to make sure that everything would be perfect and that we would have a great house with numerous outdoor spaces to hang out and just talk. Days before we were to arrive in Pagosa I was notified that the air conditioning went out and would not be fixed before our arrival. The home they moved us to was 82 when we arrived and the air conditioning was out. Due to our unusual and very warm summer in Colorado. I specifically chose a home that had air conditioning. The home that we ended up staying in did not have comfortable outside furniture. There was no coffee in the home and the grocery store was on the other side of town. This home was less than a year old. I was told by the agent so we expected everything would be in order. The home that we had originally selected was closer proximity to town, the grocery store and our friends property. We were given two choices of homes that we could move to. Neither seemed comparable to the one we had originally selected. Natalee, the agent on the first home seem to care however, Lori the agent on the home we were moved to never called to check on A/C o

Highlights included: yoga on the lawn in the cool morning air, curling up with a glass of wine on the beautiful deck, hiking the Coyote Hill Trailhead (directly adjacent to the property), and eating delicious meals together in the chef-friendly kitchen. Pagosa Vacation Homes is a great company to work with, and we highly recommend this property.

Loved walking out the backyard into National Forest trail and land. Would gladly return.

Amazing!

This property is BEAUTIFUL. Plenty of space for everyone, wonderful kitchen for cooking with everyone visiting and our favorite was sitting out on the back patio by the fire enjoying the cool evenings. Glad we decided to rent the apartment because it was perfect for the older kids to stay.

Majestic Log Cabin

The majestic log cabin is a wonderful large home suitable for a large family of two families vacationing together. The house is in a beautiful, somewhat remote, gated community that backs up to the San Juan national Forrest & has breathtaking views . The house was clean & comfortable. The home is decorated beautifully & was stocked with everything we needed (extra towels, blankets, paper towels, soaps etc) We enjoyed our stay at this house very much!

This cabin was gorgeous! But the cabins aren't the best part.. Stuart and Lori and jess and the crew make the vacation the best possible and they continue to every year and that is why I will come back every year for the future.. I highly recommend renting this cabin and any of them really. Greatest experience you will have.

Wonderful Spring Break Stay at Mountain Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful home. Beyond expectations. Beautiful setting and house. Everything a guest could want was provided. All of the contacts at the rental company were very professional, responsive and helpful. Very quick turnaround to any questions. Our family of 10 loved staying there over Spring Break. The house is at end of very quiet street. Our kids loved playing in the snow behind the house and skiing at Wolf Creek proved easy - a 40 minute drive. And short drive into Pagosa Springs for shopping or restaurants. Added plus house backs up to a National Forest so very serene. House layout was great for teenage kids separate from parents. Lots of room. A bathroom almost everywhere. Beautiful Master bedroom. Great storage for cars and other items in garage. Beautiful decor. Hot tub was wonderful and we loved grilling on patio. Kitchen had everything you could want and we loved VIP grocery service delivery to house so no grocery store run after a long days of travel. Loved the big dining table for lots of wonderful family dinners and bar area also provided to eat super helpful. Lots of fireplaces inside and out. Would highly recommend. Oh and I loved the book they provided that explained the art work and decorations around the house. We would stay again.
