The girl who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The lady in the kitchen didn't seem to know how to change the juices, the orange juice was water with a little orange coloring and she was asked to change it and she never did. Another juice was empty and she just put a note on it that they were out of that juice. All she did was open the machine and walk off to do other things.

A couple of hiccups

I booked through hotels.com because I had gift cards to use. It the hotel they could not process my gift card payment. The clerk needed to call someone and they replied they don't take gift cards. Then when we got to our room the electricity wasn't on, had to change rooms. But they were clean and comfortable. Lastly the hot tub was not hot, but cold. And the water and seats did not look clean. So we did not use it. The breakfast area was clean and the food was ok. Fine place to stay if you prepay and don't want to use the hot tub.

Needs help.

Room was only ok. Seems that housekeeping was in a hurry. New tissue box thrown in the corner, clock radio unplugged, lights missing, mold in bathtub. When eating breakfast- juice machine not closed and apple juice was just water, trash cans overflowing, no cups at coffee machine - seems no attendant there to assist.
