"We appreciated that we could leave our luggage before we checked in at 3 PM. Once we checked in our room was perfect for our family of five with a tiny bathroom as well. It was a little stuffy, but they offered a fan which helped. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. We were extremely close to two bus stops and a major metro Station. We would definitely stay here again. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. "

"Nice, clean hotel. The beds are very comfortable. It’s a couple minutes walk to the tube which made it very easy to get to all the different areas of London we wanted to explore. Beautiful area near St. Mary’s Hospital only a couple minutes walk away to pubs, bakery, and restaurants.We stayed here twice on our trip and would return. Great hotel. They were very accommodating when our airline cancelled our scheduled trip home, very helpful!"

"Wasn't sure what to expect, but pleasantly surprised, twin room was good size, bathroom lovely with plenty of hot water. Beds very comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Served us well for our 2 night stay. Staff were all very helpful. Location brilliant on edge of Hyde Park, good travel connections."
