"Lovely property and gardens. When I checked in the clerk was not very friendly as you would expect at a place like Centrella. The room had only a few usable outlets. The curtain was a bit shabby. When I arrived for breakfast there was the pastries, etc. and you had to ask for the fruit parfait. The ..."

"We had the kitchenette room with 2 double beds. We brought our 2 dogs and the extra fee was too much because the floors were dirty already. The beds were ok and the dogs were on the beds but the bed covers can be washed easily. I thought we had a stove and oven but no. A three burner electric stove was pushed right up to an outlet so the pans threatened to ignite the items like the microwave cord. We are cooks and enjoy making dinner in our room. I bought a big pan since the ones provided were not big enough for the chicken thighs I wanted to cook. Ask them to clean the floor before you arrive."

"The water pressure is very good in the showers. A lot of hotels have really bad water pressure but the lighthouse Lodge has great water pressure in the showers. However, the beds need some upgrading cause they were extremely lumpy at least in the room that we had and hard and maybe a little more expansion on their continental breakfast rather than just bagels and oatmeal but other than that, the stuff was really nice. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or the spa but people were using it and it looked nice and cozy, but we didn’t get a chance to use it overall I give it a 3 1/2 to 4 stars"
