Wow, what a house and view! We maxed out the house with 14 people and two dogs and had plenty of room. From the baby to the teenagers to grandparents, everyone had a blast. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen - very well stocked, had everything we needed. One of the nights there was a rain and wind storm - super cool to see the storm from the large windows. Would love to stay again and make more family memories.

Large Family Vacay!

We loved the Pelicans Nest is was perfect for our family vacation. We had several older adults with us who were unable to get onto the sand so being able to sit either inside in front of the huge windows overlooking the beach or the rooftop deck was so wonderful for the soul.

Beautiful stay at the beach!

We loved staying at this property for our nephew's wedding weekend. Lots of room for family and entertaining. Very well stocked. Communication with the property management company was excellent. Highly recommend!

My favorite home so far

This home was so well appointed and cared for. The home is perfect and they have spent a lot of time creating the perfect home, in our favorite location. Beds were great, kitchen is wonderful, the views are spectacular. My guest were very pleased and everyone had plenty of space to enjoy the home. Thank you so much for creating such an amazing place. Great House Made for a Great Stay

Better than the pictures and room and bathrooms enough for everyone to be comfortable. It was a wonderful vacation with great accommodations and a wonderfully stocked kitchen.

Right on the beach

Easy access to Cape Kiwanda and some beautiful tidal pools! Stunning view of the Rock! Kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals for ourselves. The neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of hot water for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Some shopping in Pacific City, and then Tillamook and Lincoln City weren’t far up the road.

70th Birthday Celebration for our Princess Mom

Just Amazing, the house, the beach, “the Rock” the seaport village…All “Just Amazing”. Every family member had a bed and an adjoining bathroom. Morning walks on the beach, the sounds of sea in the air. “It was heaven on earth.”

The house was beautiful. It was disappointing to have mattresses that were not comfortable. Also the blinds that were present did not block out any morning sunlight so We were up at 6:30 am. Not what I had planned on. The kitchen stove was not great and it was made for flat pans but there were very few flat pans there. Most of them were curved so they did not heat up properly and one of them turned our eggs green. But overall we were very pleased. I would just make those few improvements. I had to rewash some of the dishes before using them and the garbage was not removed before our arrival.

Nice house with great location!

Overall a great place to stay. Nice newer house in an awesome location right on the beach in a gated community. There is some damage that has yet to be repaired and the cleanliness left a bit to be desired, especially for the price. However, I would absolutely recommend to others. The large great-room is awesome for bigger groups and has amazing views of the ocean.

Beautiful property; perfect location

This home is gorgeous and exactly as pictured/described. Kiwanda Coastal Properties was great to work with and very responsive. The house was immaculately clean and check-in/out process was convenient. We had 11 in our group - 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 12-15) and the property was absolutely perfect.

Amazing View!

A perfect location with the rock right out front and the sand dunes a short walk down the beach. We had unusually good weather for December in Oregon -- and one of the best sunsets that rivaled Hawaii! The house is new (has been rented since August 2020) and is nicely furnished. The only downside was mediocre cleaning. Every pot/pan had crusty food; plates were stuck together with food. Hair on floors and in showers of most bathrooms. Food on floor in main room. Toilet in one master clearly had not been cleaned from previous guest (gross!). Big pictures windows with the great view were really dirty. All this place needs is better attention to cleaning and it will be a great property. At the prices they charge, we expected better. The property manager was responsive to our concerns.

We had a wonderful time and the house felt like a home. We appreciated the cleanliness as well as the the thought that went into providing your every need. We certainly will stay again.
