This elegant villa is located within Moonlight Villas, a boutique coastal estate nestled along the unspoilt shores of Pachyammos. Designed for relaxed seaside living, the villa features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two single beds that can be combined, one bathroom, a separate guest WC, a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living and dining area, and a private terrace with sea views.



The private terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee, an evening drink, or the changing colours of the sky at sunset. Guests can also follow the estate’s private pathway directly to the beach, where peaceful morning swims and relaxing days beside the water await.



Guests have full private access to Villa Astrofegia, including both bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining spaces, bathroom, guest WC, and private sea view terrace. Guests also have direct access to the beach through the private pathway within the Moonlight Villas estate.



Moonlight Villas is located in Pachyammos, one of Cyprus’ most peaceful and unspoilt coastal villages. Surrounded by natural beauty, the area is ideal for guests looking for privacy, tranquillity, and an authentic local experience.



Enjoy morning swims in the sea, scenic drives along the coast, walks through the surrounding landscape, and fresh seafood at nearby tavernas. Although the setting feels wonderfully secluded, charming villages, cultural attractions, and the Akamas Peninsula can all be reached by car.
