Great little find

We stopped here to break our journey home and what a great little find - wish we'd had another night. Clean and comfortable accommodation, easy check in/out process, and sand dunes and the beach on the doorstep. The host had left some local tourist information out and even highlighted the things that were on today or that we might want to do with the kids which was a lovely, personal touch and much appreciated. I was just sad we didn't have the time to do any of the markets/parks highlighted. Not much open in terms of restaurants when we were there but an easy drive to supermarkets and all the facilities you need to prepare a meal in the accommodation.

Nobody answered the phone, messages or emails. Arrived on time and couldn't access the apartment, no one there. Even Expedia can't get hold of Evancy. We were left with nowhere to stay. AVOID. After serval calls to expedia we got a refund and small compensation but ruined our holiday.

We arrived for our star in France, after travelling from England with our 4 children, to realise we had no way of accessing the property. All phone numbers available did not work or there was no answer. We were unable to contact the owner. Some French people from the area tried to help us with phone calls and told us that our booking had been cancelled. This was very distressing and we were left to find alternative accommodation in the evening in a foreign country. Do not book this accommodation, the service and customer care is shocking. Expedia were no help in this situation and so far all I have been offered in compensation is refund of what was paid and £50 for the inconvenience! Unbelievable, book at your own risk!

Un peu deçu par rapport aux autres établissements Evancy (Equihen super et Boulogne centre très bien). L'emplacement est très agréable et juste à côté d'une réserve naturelle. Chambre un peu vieillissante. J'ai du éliminer 6 ou 7 mouches, 2 araignées, 1 coccinelle dans mon lit, 1 cousin et 1 ou 2 moustiques. Proprété moyenne. Ca allait mais bon en arrivant des cheveux sur le pas de la porte et un cousin mort au dessus d'une porte fenêtre. Ca passe mais je ne sais pas si j'y retournerai. Ca reste correct.

Die Unterkunft musste über eine hölzerne Außentreppe betreten werden. Es gab abends keinerlei Beleuchtung in dem Bereich. In jeder Schublade, auf dem Boden und im Bett lagen Haare. Unter dem Bett lagen dicke Staubbällchen. Die Matratzen waren so weich, dass ich komplett eingesunken bin(60kg) und nicht wirklich schlafen konnte. Nach einer Nacht hatte ich Rückenschmerzen. Man erreicht niemanden bei der Unterkunft. Erst nach drei Tagen haben wir jemanden erreicht. Es wird auch nur französisch gesprochen und die Dame hat kein Verständnis für unsere Anliegen. Wir sind am selben Tag angereist und haben unseren Urlaub abgebrochen. Nie woeder

Sehr positiv: Begrüßungspakete für die Hunde, sehr gute Küchenzeile inkl. guter Ausstattung, sehr gutes Bad Negativ: beworbene Bilder suggerieren mehr Komfort (letztlich ist es ähnlich wie ein Mobilheim, dafür ist der Preis unserer Ansicht nach viel zu hoch), Zugang zum Zimmer war verzögert (im Safe wurde der falsche Schlüssel hinterlegt, der richtige musste gebracht werden) Sehr negativ: extrem unangenehmer, belästigendet Geruch aus dem Abfluss in der Küche

Mooie omgeving, appartement prima, slechte bedden

De zee in de achtertuin met alle natuur eromheen was fantastisch. De keuken van het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige nadeel vonden wij de slaapkamer (te klein om fatsoenlijk langs het bed te lopen en de matrassen waren zacht en gaven geen comfort) en de bank (1 kleine 2zits).

hôtel proche de la mer par un petit sentier de 500m environ au calme en pleine nature. la chambre est propre, net, avec une bonne literie juste les fauteuils qui aurait besoin d être changé et la cuisine relativement petite pour 6 personnes heureusement nous etions que 4 avec 2 jeunes enfants. point négatif les emails de confirmation en hollandais je pense avec le code pour récupérer la clé de l appartement dans un coffre à l entrée.

Pourqui pas y revenir en une autre occasion?

L'endroit est parfait et très calme, mais éloigné de la mer contrairement à ce qui est annoncé dans votre publicité. Le nettoyage laisse à désirer et la douche était bouchée depuis le premier jour de notre séjour. L'appartement en lui-même est parfait. Le Wi-Fi impossible. Il faudrait demander au client s'il peut monter les escaliers pour arriver à l'étage lors de l'inscription. Souffrant de douleurs rhumatismales et déjà âgés, nous aurions préféré un appartement au rez- de- chaussée. Le départ à 10h est un peu précipité surtout que la personne pour le nettoyage s'affairait déjà depuis très tôt. Nous reviendrons peut-être à un autre endroit, votre formule est valable pour le logement et le système de location

Très très bien!! Bien agencé. appartement propre, bonne literie et oreillers moelleux pour passer une bonne nuit. Jeux pour enfants à l'extérieur... proche des plages. Petit bémol, le portail ne se fermait pas la nuit... mais quartier très calme et bien situé!

Ansprechend eingerichtete , verschieden große App., die über eine ausreichend ausgestattete Küchenzeile, sowie teilweise über einen großen , privaten Balkon verfügen. Ruhige , ländliche Lage in einem Naturschutzgebiet: ideal für Radtouren, Wanderungen, Strandspaziergänge, Vogelbeobachtungen. Nicht weit entfernt von den Fährhäfen Calais und Dünkirchen , sowie dem Eurotunnel. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in div. Einkaufs- zentren.

Très déçu de mon séjour!!!

Pas d'accueil mais un coffre à code avec les clefs dedans comme je n'avais pas reçu le code, j'ai alors appelé les numéros affichés mais je suis tombé sur un répondeur, j'ai alors laissé un message et une personne m'a rappelé au bout de 20 minutes passées dehors dans le froid. Le logement est assez bien sauf que contrairement à ce qui est indiqué il n'y a pas de four juste un simple micro onde et 2 plaques electriques, il n'y a pas non plus de lave vaisselle. Pour ce qui est du couchage les draps fournis étaient ceux pour un lit d'une personne alors que le lit est "double" (2 lits d'une personne). Pour déjeuner vous n'avez que des petites tasses de disponible. En ce qui concerne aussi le logement des tâches noires dues à l'humidité sont présentes dans les recoins du plafond de la chambre, la peinture est craquelées un peu partout, des ampoules sont grillées et n'ont pas été changées et le pire c'est que le détecteur de fumée à été enlevé mais n'a pas été remis ailleurs alors qu'il est obligatoire.

Jolie résidence au calme

Endroit très calme et à proximité de la plage. Résidence close, les enfants jouent tout seul. Propre, fonctionnel. On peut partir en balade sur la plage ou vers la réserve du Platier d'Oye en rejoignant un chemin sans passer par la route. Pas de commerce à proximité. Il faut aller à Oye - Plage à 2 km
