Absolutely no one should stay there , booked four rooms with friends , stinky rooms , AC not working in three rooms and the fourth one is so loud that you need to shut down , all bathrooms got drainage issues , so disgusting . Got only 18 chairs in breakfast area while 20 plus guest are waiting outside for horrible horrible breakfast with boiled frozen eggs and rotten apple that even deers would not eat . Stay away

I would not have booked at this hotel if I had been aware there was no elevator. I would suggest making that information available, or more prominent on the website. However, the young man on the front desk recognized that I looked exhausted after a long travel day, and he carried my suitcase upstairs for me. That was much appreciated.

The location was good but the facilities were so dated and dark. The one entrance door was broken, the loads of laundry could be seen in the room that they served breakfast in, and their staff was minimal 24/7. Although the staff were super and extremely helpful, it didn’t make up for the broken bed. Not impressed

The property is very conveniently located on the way to Tobermory which I feel would be really helpful for people visiting. The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Also, there is an iconic waterfall (Inglis falls) just 10 mins drive away from the property, which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, it was a great experience.

We have been regulars last time 15 years ago. No change. Wifi terrible..but the tv is Internet dependant so expect a quiet evening..breakfast basic but acceptable. Few choices in Owen Sound so Travelodge still in play....
