There was no elevator and no one to help. Our keys were canceled 3 times, so we had to go to the desk each time to get them reactivated. The TV was impossible to use, the employee had to come to our room 3 times to get it to the channels we wanted.

The only issue we had was fixing the room temperature, only the staff could help with that, while normally we should have been able to adjust the temperature according to our need but after that everything went well!
