古いラブホテルを使用しているようです。 部屋の電話は埃まみれ、エアコンの送風口はカビだらけ、折角のウォーターサーバーのお湯の注ぎ口が壊れていて飲めない… まぁ、値段を考えるとそんなものかな？

ゴルフの前泊で滞在させていただきました。　 朝6時から朝食を無料で頼めたり、ドリンクサービスがあったりサービスは良かったです。　 シャワーの水圧が海外か⁉️並に低い為、湯船に溜めたお湯を洗面器を使ってながしました。（低層階なのに）　 　 浴室のTVもつきませんでした。　　 ベッドのマットレス⁉️が煎餅布団みたいに薄っぺらく硬くて熟睡出来なかった。　 枕も低めです。　 泊まるだけなら問題なしですが、ゴルファーの方にはおすすめしません。

清潔感微妙　ごちゃごちゃ

リニューアルオープンと言う事ですが結構掃除も行き届いてなくて綺麗じゃ無かったです。システムもごちゃごちゃしてて、理解するのに時間かかりました。良い点はお風呂は大きくてジャグジーが良かった事と目の前の琵琶湖の景色が綺麗だった事、イオンモールが徒歩5分ぐらいで便利が良かったこと。でも、普通のホテル感覚での滞在は避けた方が無難です。もっと快適なビジネスホテルに泊まった方がコスパ良いはずです。

時々、利用させてもらっています。予約日に、チェックイン時間の確認の電話が入ります。今回は２泊の予定でしたが、２日目戻った時に違う部屋を案内されて驚きました。うまく伝達されていなかったようです。元の部屋を案内し直してもらい、中はそのままでホっとしました。それ以外は、すべて行き届いていて、快適に過ごさせてもらえました。お世話になりました。

キレイなラブホテル

駅からは少し遠く、タクシーで行きました。 コンビニは一番近くて徒歩5分の距離にミニストップがあります。徒歩圏内にイオンモールもありました。部屋は綺麗でお風呂も広くてウォーターサーバーも電子レンジもあって快適でしたが、なんの設定？不具合？かは分かりませんが、部屋にあるタブレットが夜中何時間おきにピーピーとアラームのようにな 鳴り響いて、その度に目が覚めました、、、。 ラブホテルなので、外出するたびにフロントに電話をしなければいけないのが少し面倒でしたが、予約もできて、15時にチェックインできる点では便利だと思いました。

ホスピタリティーに欠ける対応で残念

ラブホなのに、宿泊当日に電話でチェックインの時間の確認があるみたいです。知らない電話番号で留守番電話には録音がなく、用件や電話の意図がわからなかったが、チェックインの時に男性職員にチェックインの時間の確認の電話しましたけどと逆切れぎみに言われた。効率良く部屋を稼働させたいのは理解できますが、対応は如何なものでしょうか。また、予約の部屋と違いグレートを下げた部屋に案内された。電話て問い合わせると、ワンランク上げてます、間違っていませんと、声を荒げての対応。予約のジュニアスイートの上がロイアルですか？差額分を返金して頂きたい。ラブホなのでツベコベ言うなと言うことですかね。今時、珍しい対応で不愉快な思いで一杯で帰りました。
