"The hotel is renovated but it is already showing normal wear and tear. The carpets in the corridor are getting dirty, walls on the hallway are getting scratched by the cleaning trolley, even the revolving door glass is smashed on the sides. The room we had is clean. The bathroom is newly renovated but small and narrow. Enough for 1 person at a time. The things I don't like in the room are the pillows. My head sunk even with 2 pillows. I had a neck ache when I wake up. Also, there air-conditioning in the room is set to 22 deg Celcius and can not be changed! A little bit hot in the room."
