The hotel is beautiful but I hadn't realized it's part of a corporate chain, which I usually try to avoid. The rooms are very well thought out as far as lighting and design and the bathroom is lovely. The bed was too firm for my taste. The hotel is not in an attractive area and you have to walk a fair bit to get to the stations. TBH I would give Osaka a miss as a city to visit.
