I loved the location of the hotel. Close to every thing we wanted to do and close to subway. Not busy at night so able to get rest and quiet. Washing machine availabilities in hotel helped a lot with packing less to have more space for shopping!

The hotel room was dirty upon checking in. There were dirty used tissues sitting under the desk, hair on the shower walls and in the sink.

Great location and hospitality

Stayed here while visiting Osaka and the surrounding areas of Kyoto, Nara, and Mt Fiji. The hotel is perfectly situated next to many shopping and dining locations, including a 24hr laundry (since the ones in the hotel were in use)

Room was extremely small. Smaller than any other I stayed at throughout Japan. The bathtub was dirty, there was a big crack between the bathtub and the wall. The bed was way too uncomfortable We had booked 2 nights but checked out after the first night and booked another hotel nearby.

This is a very cheap hotel so don't expect anything fancy, and I really mean it. Everything in the hotel is as basic as it gets. Despite the reviews, I didn't really see any mold in the bathroom. However, I did see a few black marks on the walls likely from previous guests' bags. Bed and pillow are super firm, but at least there's AC. There's an amenities bar at the lobby so it's quite convenient. The only thing I don't understand was the check in/out service...it was pretty bad. Firstly, I felt no sense of being welcomed. Then, somehow, they messed up my reservation by giving me an extra room for supposedly "4 people" which was very unnecessary. Also, why send an email talking about online early check-ins when you end up having to do it manually? Check-out, although simple seemed very unimportant. So much that it caught me off-guard. I think the employees should have better training in customer service. Overall, it's a place to sleep. That's it. Don't expect anything else.

Everything was great besides the bed, it was so hard we barely got any sleep. Our bodies were sore each morning, it was hard to get restorative sleep after long days of walking. Everything else was good, the area was great, everything was accessible but just considere the beds if you need a good night of sleep

The property looks very nice on the pictures but once you arrive, man oh man… very dirty, everything!! The floors, the walls, my shower curtain even had spots with fungus! It was a 2 twin bed room and the mattresses were horrible!! Like they were 30 years old, you could feel the springs and it had a dent in the middle, the last day after checking out I asked the staff if I could leave my luggage for a little while to eat breakfast and come back and she asked me at what time exactly would I be back for it, because they don’t do that, everything was a horrible experience in this hotel. I stayed in 4 different hotels around Japan but this one is the only one that I regret booking
