Things that came to my mind was that the hotel was close to Dotonburi. When I came, I should climb high stairs with baggage in my hands: No lift. I stayed in 3rd level. You can imagine it. Shower was too small and not enough hangers againts the wall. Bed cover was not clean and it was too noisy.

Small central hotel
The hotel is very central at a calm street in Osaka. It is easy access to multiple metro stations.
Though the room is very small and you almost dont have place for a bag. It is japanese futon beds which can be quite hard, we both had some problem sleeping on them.
Though the worst was that walls and doors were very thin and you could hear people talking and using the toilet and shower in the corridor.
