Staff were amazing. This hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Fukushimi station, which is one stop over from Umeda. Hotel was extremely clean, staff were amazing and helpful. The inside of the hotel, lobby, gym and pool facilities were amazing. If you’re staying in Osaka this is the place to stay. Amenities were fantastic as well. 10/10

Hotel is not located near easy transport. Its in a more business district. Hotel itself was beautiful and clean however the restaurants were extremely expensive, hours are not convenient, (no coffee or breakfast before 9am except by room service), and we found the beds to be very hard. Very limited take away options but we found that to be common in Osaka in general.

I was exceptionally happy with staff, room/room service and dinning options within the building. Free bus to Osaka station as well as rail access. A short stroll over the water and myriad little restaurants for authentic Japanese cuisines. Great place to stay!

We had two small kids so the location with prams and bags were a bit inconvenient but the hotel is great and the shuttle bus is easy!

The staff at the swimming pool was very rude. Also the swimming pool needs major repairs there was a lot of algae and I ended up getting algae fungus in my fingers nails.

Great Breakfast !!! You must pay to use the pool which is crazy. 33.00 per adult amd 16.50 per child. Very friemdly staff and nice hotel.
