當晚11時許去到，根據email的指示取了鎖匙，打開門一看，裡面環境惡劣，簡直大嚇一跳！先是已穿的拖鞋亂放、洗碗盤滿是食物殘渣、用過的毛巾散放在地上、床單及被鋪呈現用後亂放之狀況，根本沒有人清潔房間！之後嘗試打電話聯絡，但聯絡不上負責人，沒有人接聽，感到十分徬徨！
然後於翌日聯絡hotel.com，職員表示聯絡不到負責人，於是我們提出要求更換酒店，但職員表示不能透過他們重新安排，需要我們自行透過網站處理。為此感到極度失望及不滿！！
當我們不能成功聯絡酒店的負責人，作為中介公司不是有責任協助嗎？而且中介公司應該有責 任確保酒店的基本狀況，「執房」是最底限度的要求吧！如果連這點都不能確保，作為消費者如何對網站信任，很失望同憤怒的一次體驗！不會再使用hotel.com，並要求有一個答覆！！
