This hotel was lovely. It was had historical charm, but completely updated and clean. The shampoo, lotion, soaps provided were very nice and of good quality. The room was spacious and loved the antique vibes.

Did not use breakfast service. Do not book near Osaka Station thinking transportation will be easy. The station is massive with terrible signage. You will never find the correct exit for your hotel. Much more chaotic than any Tokyo station. Literally spent hours walking in circles. Do yourself a favor and pick any other area of the city for your hotel.

A unique hotel with old world charm. Room was small but comfortable. Staff are kind and helpful. Entrance was a little hard to find but location is actually quite close to JR Osaka station once you figure out the right route. Also only a few minutes walk from the airport shuttle bus station.

Very close to Osaka Station and all amenities. When you come out of the Hotel yowards Osaka Station there is a lovely Iralian restaurant that is welcoming and serves a good choice of food. The Hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. We had a room with 3 beds and in addition a hall area for all our bags.make

Osaka trip

The hotel is well maintained and centrally located, the stuff is very nice and helpful, The room is too small for 3, not possible to open luggage. The location is central near Umeda/Nishi Umeda metro and Osaka stations but the location is very tricky to find in a place with near 70 different exits, the proximity to train comes with noise, our room was on the opposite side and we could feel shakes and noice each time train passes (it happens every 5 min starting 5 am…) it’s not the hotels fault but I wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel decor was a bit old fashioned but gave it a classy feel. Breakfast was really good. Wish the room floor was carpeted but not a big deal. Staff were nice and accommodating. Really close to a train station.
