It was really nice for just needing the basocs, great price. 5m walk from a Lawsons convenient store and a small grocery store. Right by train stations. Lots of small local shops in the area.

昼間帯はあまり気にならなかったのに、早朝深夜になるとあまりにも浮浪者の存在が気になる。 早朝、新今宮から歩いて帰ってる途中、浮浪者に話かけられたから…ホテル外の治安はよろしくないかもしれない。

良いとこ 寝泊まりするだけなら問題ない。 宿泊料金に朝食込みなのはありがたい。 最寄り駅出て徒歩20秒でつく立地。 従業員の方は笑顔で対応してくださいました。　 利用者のトラブルなどはありませんでした。 改善点、気になった点 ホテル周囲の治安の良し悪しはある。治安についてはよく調べていき、泊まる場合は人通りが少ない時間は外出しないほうが良いかと。 廊下に色々な食べ物が混ざったような異臭が少し。部屋数も多いし飲み帰りの利用の方もいたのかな。 電車線路横のホテル。窓際だと騒音気になる方もいるかもしれません。

駅前通りだしお値段も安い。ツインの部屋を予約したはずが部屋に着いたらベッドが3台も!! 少し壁が薄い?!のは気になりましたが優雅に過ごせました。また大阪に行った際には使わせて頂きます。

周辺治安の悪さ、電車の走行音は気になる点だとおもいますが、ホテルは外観も内装も清潔でスタッフの方も親切でコスパが最高だとおもいます！
