A good price for a good location.

It is very close to walk by to Namba station. There is a familymart nearby for some needs. Breakfast was good and variety was ok for international traveller. Rooms were larger than expected.

The location of the Hotel is good as it’s close to a food street. However, when we checked in on the first day of our arrival, we were not able to park at the hotel and needed to look around for a carpark. And then on the second and the third day after we came back after golfing, we were not able to park the car at the hotel. It’s very disappointing.

Lobby on the second flooor is the only inconvenience. Otherwise its a good hotel and location. When you book, it may day include breakfast but it does not include kids

We stayed for one night, a quick stop off before we flew home. We booked a cheap room for two people. You wouldn't have been able to swing a cat. There was no window. The bed was comfy enough. When we went to check out, the lifts were very busy, and we had to wait at least 3 times because the lift was full. There is no stairs either.

For the price there’s better hotels in the area. The hotel is dated, older, shows the wear and tear, tiny rooms. They’ll charge you to check in even a few minutes before check in time if you want your room early even when your room is ready. Bed and pillows are not comfortable. Definitely not worth the price per night. Location is good.
