This 1 bdrm/1 bath condo sleeps 4 guests and is perfect for your family getaway! The unit requires stairs to access, 1 flight down from parking lot
This is a freshly renovated, gorgeous unit with a full kitchen and everything you need for your stay!
RULES:
*Primary renter must provide copy of ID & sign renter agreement prior to arrival*
*No smoking of any kind*
*No party/fraternity rentals*
*Minimum renter age 21*
*NO animals/pets of any kind*
*No booking fees will be refunded. Booking fees are about 3% of total cost*

The beds are comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is available in the kitchen which includes a large fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and more. The large outdoor deck provides panoramic lake views and includes outdoor furniture to listen to the waves roll in
There is a BRAND NEW pool on the property! The pool is full and ready to enjoy!!
Beach access is a rocky area with lake access near the complex pool.
We have a very unique, unobstructed view of a Missouri State Park to gorgeous lake and forest views.
You will have access to the whole space. It is a private condo and no other guests will have access. There is no closet available to hang items in. You will be able to use a private washer and dryer, private patio, and all spaces in the condo. There is a shared unit pool that all guests have access to. There is also a private rock beach that is open for swimming in the lake to all guests.

I just have to say that I had an extremely nice time staying in this location. I am a digital nomad and I was able to work from this location without any problems it's a beautiful spot to watch the fisherman, to mingle with the locals and to experience a different type of lifestyle. Experiencing the state parks the local scenery, horseback riding the caves!! I highly recommend this place to anyone I would love to come back anytime off-season is amazing.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable, clean, and beautifully situated to get a perfect lake view. We enjoyed walking out into the water on the rock beach and then going for dips in the pool. The neighbors were friendly. Osage Beach right up the street!
