Globalement, la chambre Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able. Manque peut-ĂȘtre un petit peu d’accessoirisassions par exemple, comme des cotons ou des cotons-tiges. Par contre, l’expĂ©rience au petit dĂ©jeuner a Ă©tĂ© catastrophique, nous avions remarquĂ© l’heure du petit dĂ©jeuner Ă  11h dans un dĂ©pliant posĂ© dans la chambre. Et quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  10h05 nous avons Ă©tĂ© froidement accueillis par une dame qui s’occupait du petit dĂ©jeuner et qui nous a dit qu’il n’était plus possible de dĂ©jeuner car celui ci Ă©tait fermĂ©. Heureusement la dame de la rĂ©ception a reconnu l’erreur et nous a permis de prendre un petit dĂ©jeuner de façon trĂšs rapide. Il n’est pas tolĂ©rable dans ce genre d’établissement d’avoir ce genre de comportement. Je l’ai signalĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception en partant, mais aucun geste commercial a Ă©tĂ© fait ou autre. Je suis cliente trĂšs habituel des hĂŽtels Best western et c’est la premiĂšre fois que je reçois ce traitement.

Les prestations ne m'ont pas paru Ă  la hauteur d’un 4 Ă©toiles. Chambre trĂšs "fraiche" et dotĂ©e d’une climatisation ( version chaud) difficile Ă  rĂ©gler. Pas de peignoir, ni chausson dans les chambres, pas plus que de chauffe serviette dans la salle de bain. La VMC Ă©tait trĂšs bruyante et a dĂ» ĂȘtre rĂ©parĂ©e aprĂšs une 1ere nuit blanche. Le mĂ©nage n’a pas Ă©tĂ© quotidien et j’ai retrouvĂ© un soir ma chambre dans l’état oĂč je l’avais laissĂ© le matin. Pas de tonalitĂ© dans le tĂ©lĂ©phone quand j’ai essayĂ© de joindre la rĂ©ception. Pas de service de mĂ©nage le soir pour corriger « l’oubli », seulement un rĂ©ceptionniste qui a bien voulu signaler par tĂ©lĂ©phone l’incident Ă  la responsable des chambres, et dont il m’a assurĂ© de la prĂ©sence le lendemain Ă  mon check out (j’avais prĂ©cisĂ© l’heure)
