Fun time
We had a great stay at the resort. It was very clean and having the pool was great. Downfall we had 2 days with no air conditioner and i did mentioned something about it being 81 in the home and had to mention it a second time because it was 84 and the kids couldnt sleep. They did fix it within the hour. Which was great. The neighbours were extremely loud with demostic fighting until 5am. We had to call security 2 times before it was resolved. Which made for a long awake night. The resort was only a walk away, which was great for kids. They loved it.

Pretty and great location property.
Our family really enjoyed this property. Really pretty. The carpenter's work, in kids and movie room, is really cool. Great location to Disney parks and Disney Spring. Plenty restaurant options off 192, about 15min down the road. Publix and CVS down the road. Place feels safe with gate and patrol.
We came during the coldest Christmas in decades so we did not use the Resort at all but it looked great.
My only 2 cons were that the neighbor across the backyard had a huge party the night before we had to leave and we got no sleep and had to wake up early for check out (but that's nothing the owner could have avoid).
My main con was that the duvets/comforters didn't look like they had been cleaned in between guests (we could see previous stains and mostly smell). I understand it's difficult to wash comforters but I don't enjoy sharing my bed covers with strangers.
Besides that the property was very clean. We will definitely consider to come back.
