We had a perfect stay at this Florida home! Everything was incredibly clean, and there were more than enough towels and bedding for our group of 3 adults and 3 children.The house is huge, much bigger than we expected. The pictures look great, but they truly don’t do it justice!The pool was a highlight of our trip. We’re so glad we chose to have it heated… it was pretty cold during our visit, but the pool stayed comfortable. By the afternoon, it was warm enough to enjoy without freezing when getting out. There were also plenty of pool toys, which the kids absolutely loved.The game room was another big hit! The kids had so much fun with the ping pong table and air hockey. We didn’t end up using the gaming systems, but it’s such a great option for families who would.Thank you for a wonderful stay… we would absolutely come back!

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed the home. We nearly had to cancel this vacation and I'm so glad we didn't. The pool was perfect, the house was well kept and exactly as pictured, if not better. I would absolutely come back!

We recently stayed at this beautiful home and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very beginning, Tom was an incredibly kind, patient, responsive, and effective communicator, which set the tone for a great stay. The house itself is immaculate and thoughtfully maintained. It was spotless when we arrived and clearly very well cared for. We were traveling with a 19-month-old, and the amount of baby-friendly resources provided made our stay so much easier — a crib, high chair, playpen, and more were already there and in perfect condition. The layout of the home is truly perfect for a family vacation, especially for multiple generations traveling together. We had our mothers with us, and everyone had their own bedroom and private bathroom, which allowed for both togetherness and privacy. The kids’ rooms were beautifully set up, and our 8-year-old loved having his own cozy space to relax and watch TV. The pool was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. When we had a quick question about the pool heater, we called and were assisted immediately — that kind of responsiveness was really appreciated. Seating throughout the house was plentiful and comfortable, making it easy for everyone to gather or spread out as needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare full family meals, and all appliances were in perfect working order, including the dishwasher and washing machine. The neighborhood itself was beautiful and well kept.

Great family home for FL fun!

We loved this home and hope to go back! The pool was great and we used it every day. The home had plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 children. We also loved the slide at the community pool and the lazy river. It was close to Disney and an easy drive to SeaWorld and the airport. We highly recommend it!

Great family vacation!

We rented this house with 7 people! Very spacious and we never felt crowded. The pool was awesome after a long day at a Disney! We plan on renting when we come back down for another family vacation to Disney!! Everything was so close, whether it was the grocery store, gas station or amusement park! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house!

We all had a fantastic time. Our kids and their kids went to Disney while hubby and I stayed 'home' and floated in the pool. We had BBQ dinners on the lanai. The house is absolutely beautiful and quite large...loved the layout and the furniture. Fantastic pool area as well. It was all perfect!

Love staying at Tom's Place

This is the best vacation home we have ever stayed at. Wonderful home, great location and Tom is an excellent host. Everything provided in the house was in pristine condition and very clean. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The pictures don't do the home justice though :) The house is bright and cheerful and the surroundings are beautiful. The pool is to die for and the Solterra Resort is great. Our stay was PERFECT!! I look forward to coming back again!

Great stay! Lots of privacy for four couples!

We had four adult couples in our group. We loved the layout of the house. There was a big common area with the kitchen and living room. There was plenty of privacy when the group wanted to break up. The pool area was excellent. Plenty of privacy from neighbors. We used the washer and dryer several times which was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Gorgeous Home!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Great pool, resort and the home. Rooms feel private there was plenty of space, while traveling with another family! We did end up buying some basic supplies like paper towels, garbage bags etc. but we knew that going in, and it was worth having a home vs a hotel.

Beautiful home!

This home is gorgeous and clean! Tons of space for everyone. I personally love having laundry available while traveling. It allows us to pack less. The washer and dryer are clean and huge. The resort amenities are great. Our teens used the workout facility, pool, and snack bar. Everyone in my family had a wonderful vacation! Would highly recommend!

This home is amazing! We will definitely be back. It was super clean, so we felt comfortable letting our one year old crawl around. Really spacious and each bedroom is very private. Melissa from Greenway properties did a great job with our reservation. She answered all of our questions and took care of renting a crib for us. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing Property

This vacation home is the perfect space for families large or small. Everything is on the same level, which makes accessibility great for older and younger members of the family. The home furnishings were both modern and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals. Each bedroom was spacious and had TV’s. The private pool and outside lanai was my favorite place in the home. If you are looking for a fun, comfortable, yet luxurious vacation spot in Orlando this home is for you! Our family stayed in this home during the last week of August. Everything about this home was wonderful. It is exactly as pictured!!! Modern and clean decor. Kitchen was nicely stocked with glasses, dishes, serving bowls, storage containers, and pots and pans. Beds, pillows, and couches were super comfy. We absolutely loved the lanai area...so many different seating options! Also, the association pool and lazy river were terrific; a nice bonus to the stay. Our family visited Universal during two days of our stay. The drive was typically 30 minutes. Would definitely suggest this stay to anyone traveling to the Orlando area.

Wonderful Setting

The home and location were perfect for our family getaway. The house was beautifully decorated, the furnishings and beds were comfortable versus some places where everything is for looks. We enjoyed every aspect of the home. My only suggestion for change is as a resort in general. It would be a lot easier to enter the resort with a preset code versus using the speaker system and DL. While I understand the need for it, one evening, we sat for 30 minutes trying to get back into the resort because of the inefficient way managment company has chosen to let people enter the resort. That particular evening, a police officer finally showed up because cars were blocking the main road and he opened the gate and just motioned in the 20+ cars waiting in line thereby bypassing management company security.

Amazing Property

Fantastic home, immaculately clean and well presented. The accommodation is great - very spacious and we especially liked that there were two master suites. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were amazing ! The games room in the garage was a real bonus as was the xbox, numerous tvs and free wi-fi which kept the kids entertained when we weren't swimming or out sightseeing. We loved the pool at the house but also used the pool at the communal area a lot too - my daughter really liked the slide !. The communal area was very clean and well maintained and had nice touches like the free coffee in the clubhouse and gazebos for shade. The gym was well equipped and we used this most days - the tennis courts looked good but it was too hot ! The home is well positioned for the attractions of Disney - all are very close by and there are large supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. Overall, the best holiday we have had in years and the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Will be recommending to all my friends... Many thanks
