Beautiful, comfortable home. The only problem was that the dryer did not work. The host allowed us to use the dryer in a townhome around the corner. They gave us a small refund for our trouble. We had a great time.

Great for Family Getaway

Great experience in this property. We stay at this resort often but this unit had some great personal touches including nicer linens, larger TV, & Roku to use our streaming apps. Had a small issue with the dishwasher but the management was responsive even if they weren't able to get it fixed prior to our departure. Definitely recommend.

We were a family of 7. We stayed for 7 nights. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Very convenient location. Had a bit of a lack of communication with one of the property managers but at the end everything was resolved. Would stay here again.

Epcot food and wine 2024

This was perfect. It was 5 miles from epcot. We used lyft to go to the food and wine festival and is was the same cost for parking (both there and back) with no hassle. Place was clean, quiet, everyone had a room and their own full bath.

An Extra Touch of Magic

Great vacation spot

Very nice property that more than met our needs and exceeded our expectations. The only negative was that outside patio and balconies could not be utilized due to bird/duck excrement on outdoor patio furniture. The property is opens on a pond that attracts the birds/ducks. Also, there were several wasp nests on the bedroom balcony that overlooks the pond.

Business Travel

This property offered perfect accommodations for our group of 4. We were in town for a tradeshow at Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. The commute was about 25-30 minutes. The property is exactly as it is described in the listing. Everything was clean, bright and spacious. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

4 Bedrooms / 4.5 Baths!

We were a group of 4 college friends getting together for the weekend. The property worked great for us as we each had our own bedroom and bath. In addition, the living area was comfortable for all 4 of us to relax, watch TV, and catch up on our lives. As a bonus, there is a restaurant that is part of the property. We ordered pizza one evening and walked to pick it up. It was delicous.

Best place ever!!!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights in mid October and the place and property manager were better than expected. First, the place is beautiful, very clean and great for a larger family. It is close to Disney, just 10-15 mins easy drive, lots of grocery shops, gift shops, fast food places and restaurants in very close proximity. The location is great if you are visiting Disney or just Orlando in general. The property manager was very responsive and extremely helpful! I had a lot of requests which is not usually the case but it was that kind of a trip and I had every wish granted! It all made our vacation even more special. I would definitely recommend that place, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful property but not well stocked

The property is beautiful, with a calming view of the lake and comfortable beds however it is not well stocked with basic items for use that a rental should have. Items available including paper towel were so thin that it was not usable plus there were no hand soaps to wash hands in the bathrooms.

Heavy charge for cleaning. Either your company doesn’t care or you’re being scammed for cleaning. Carpets filthy as well as the slip covers on furniture. Stains, dusty, floors didn't looked vacuumed. It’s unfortunate, the condo was a perfect size for the family. The gates to the community were always open.

Nice property

This is a beautiful home in a nice gated community near Disney. Unfortunately it was not very clean. The refrigerator had food and hair debris left in it and the carpeted floors were not vacuumed properly. Most upsetting was the balcony off the Master bedroom upstairs was left with a plastic rope tied across it (as if children were playing out there) and had not been swept or cleaned with hair products on the table and hairs. The chaise lounge chairs were dirty and torn up. The area was very uninviting and we were not able to use the area where I had been planning to read and relax. Also, communication with management was poor (delayed) costing us to miss out on renting the pool amenity.
