Passable but gross
The location is decent & price is reasonable. That is where the good stops. Rooms above us were noisy all night.Entry is security theater you will have to download an App to access the property or pull up a QR code on your phone every time you want to get in the main gate, but you can get in if you just follow behind another vehicle or walk right in on foot.In general the condo was clean in the places that really matter, except we had black mold & filth all over the windows frames and the footboards were also grimy. The moment you walk into the front door of the condo you can smell the mold.You will be told you are not allowed to set the Air conditioning below 72 despite the humid environment. The entire place is rundown and clearly there is little care or interest in keeping it maintained, but clean linens, floors, and sinks and bathrooms you will get.The kitchen sink faucet head wouldn't retract properly, and also wouldn't shut off properly. The door to a shower was loose and about to fall off. One of the toilets rattled on the floor and wasn't bolted down properly. The towel racks were falling out of the wall. one of the showers had a low spot that holds water.The kitchen trashcan is one of those tiny office trashcans for paper waste. The back porch balcony was so filthy we never went out there, and the blinds on the back door were bound up from dirt and humidity and impossible to use.The HVAC filter looked like it hadn't been changed in 10 years.
