Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the family room sleep up to 14 guests comfortably. The first-floor master ensuite features a king bed, a standalone shower, a large soaking bathtub, and direct sliding-door access to the pool area. A second ensuite upstairs offers a king bed with its own private bath. The remaining bedrooms include a room with 2 queen beds, a themed room with 2 single beds, and a room with 1 full bed plus 1 twin bed. Every bedroom is fitted with a smart TV and ceiling fan. The family room adds a sectional sofa with a queen sofa bed and its own smart TV - a comfortable overflow space for larger groups.

Living spaces
The air-conditioned game room is a standout feature, equipped with a 55-inch TV, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, and board games - keeping guests of all ages entertained well beyond the parks. A dedicated children's playroom stocked with books, toys, and life size games gives younger guests their own space to play. Families with infants will find a crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, baby safety gates, and a pack 'n play ready and waiting. A quiet room with a door provides a dedicated workspace for anyone needing to stay connected. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades keep the home comfortable regardless of the season.

Kitchen & dining
The well-equipped kitchen features a Maytag refrigerator, Maytag stove, Maytag stainless steel single oven with built-in air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, and a full suite of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Two coffee options - a drip coffee maker and a Keurig - cover every preference, and coffee is provided to get you started. A dining table brings everyone together for meals, and barbecue utensils are on hand for outdoor cooking.

Outdoor living
The private, fully fenced backyard is set up for relaxed outdoor living. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area surround the pool and spa, and the half bath accessible directly from the pool area adds genuine convenience for swimmers. A charcoal grill is available, with a propane grill available as an optional rental. The pool and spa are open year-round and available 24 hours - simply add heating for an additional fee if you'd like a warmer swim.

Location & extras
Situated in the Orlando Area, the home places you within easy reach of major theme parks, golf courses, shopping, and dining. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock, and a shared gym is located close to the property, along with access to nearby resort facilities. Parking is straightforward with four driveway spaces and free street parking available. The home also supports longer stays of 28 days or more, and self check-in via keypad makes arrival effortless. Breakfast is provided, a washer and dryer are in-unit and free to use, and housekeeping is available at an extra cost. Two exterior security cameras face outward - front and back - for added peace of mind throughout your stay.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
