Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms. The main master suite features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and bidet, and direct access to the pool and spa. A second master suite includes a king bed and a private bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth offers a full-over-full bunk bed. Two queen memory foam sofa beds in the family room add flexibility for larger groups.

Outdoor living
A private pool and spa are available year-round, with heating offered for an additional fee. The fenced backyard includes a hammock, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and a gas grill, creating a relaxed setting for spending time outdoors. Guests also have free resort access, including nearby facilities such as a gym, tennis courts, and volleyball courts. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals, including essential cookware, a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee makers, and dining space for gathering. Breakfast is provided, and additional seating is available on the covered patio for those who prefer to enjoy meals outside.

A 65 inch HDTV with standard cable and multiple streaming options offers plenty of viewing choices. The air-conditioned game room includes a pool table, ping pong table, and arcade games, while exercise equipment such as a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and free weights supports active routines. Families will appreciate the indoor children’s playroom and the outdoor playground with dedicated areas for kids of various ages.

Comfort and convenience
Fast wifi, central air conditioning, central heating, a dedicated workspace with a door, and a washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable. Bathroom essentials and bedroom linens are provided, along with room-darkening shades and multiple clothing storage options. The home includes exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in is available via a smart lock, and housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost.
