Family Gatheting

It is a beautiful home with plenty of room for all 15 in our group, ranging from 9 years old to 97! We had a few minor problems with needing more towels and one top sheet was missing from a bed, a couple towel racks falling and but overall, these were taken care of by the office within a couple days. Our 5 families enjoyed the pool and the other things to do at the resort. We would come again sometime.

Spring break

Our group had lots of fun at this house. Plenty of space and rooms to move around. The club house had plenty of entertainment for our little ones. The pool and hot tub at the house were amazing. Close to lots of eating places and shopping. Check in was the easiest we have ever had. Never had a back up at the gate either.

Our stay

I found the communications lacking being a new user of this process. I did not realize I had to do a few things in advance. When we arrived we realized that I did not have my family members registered so they could not get into the resort. I emailed and tried calling but could not reach the property manager. I finally had to call Vrbo directly and they helped me out. It took us about four hours to get this fixed so everyone could get into the resort. The pool was not heated so we requested the heat be turned on. There was a fee which I was fine with but it never worked. Again I reached out every day asking for someone to check the pool heater and let me know the status. In the end, they did refund our money for the pool heat, so that was great. The house was amazing, but I found the property management team's communication, slow and not great., My family said I was way too nice considering the cost of the place but I don't like to be nasty.

Perfect home/Perfect Location

I would give 5 stars, but 1 small issue with gnats when first arrived and the internet continuing to go out. Called maintenance and they never responded. The home is gorgeous and you won’t be disappointed!

Great house

The house was great. Only problem was arrival at the gate. I was aware that they needed the autos pre registered, but did not know that they needed the name of every individual before we could enter the gate. After that 40 minute delay everything was very good.
