Very good experience. Had one little problem 1/2 way through our stay. Management property personnel took care of it ,in fast manner.

Spot on

Clean, good value, near a large Publix, 15 mins to Disney, 25 mins SeaWorld, 45 mins Uniiversal (That can be traffic affected). Not on a big development, so no extra facilities. 5 mins in the car to the Champions gate restaurants. No major road noise. Great base.

Overall good place

My biggest complaint is the check in process. I did all the paperwork online and thru email although it wasn’t enough. They wouldn’t let my husband check in and then when I arrived I didn’t have any info about how to get into the house. Not to mention since they wouldn’t let me husband check in - he took the kids to go do something which left me without a way to get to the office. They did resolve it but I still had to go the next morning to finish checking in. I travel a lot (only been home 4 weekends since last Christmas) and this was the most complicated place I have checked in to. Has to be a simpler way!

Great layout and well stocked kitchen supplies. Not too far from Disney. No food delivery available in the area. Pool had no protective screen around it, but there is an alarm system to alert when the sliding doors are opened. Beds were passable, not great. Overall, I felt it was a good value for the money.
