6-bedroom pool home in gated Solterra Resort. Private screened pool and spa, a full-size arcade game room, and a 3-minute walk to the resort's heated lazy river and water slide. About 10 miles to Disney.

THE SPACE

Room for the whole family: 3,250 sq. ft., 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, 3 living areas, and a 10-seat dining table. Made for multi-generational trips, with a first-floor bedroom so nobody has to climb stairs. Sleeps 12.

POOL AND SPA

- Private south-facing pool and spa in the backyard, screened, with a child safety fence

- New pool equipment

- Heat is an optional add-on. It covers the heated spa with jets (up to 102°F) and the heated pool (up to 85°F).

- Spa jets run only when heat is purchased.

- $455 minimum covers up to 7 nights. Each additional night is $45.

- Heat must be paid at least 4 days before check-in so the water has time to warm up.

- Actual water temperature depends on outside conditions.

The Resort activities team has been busy putting together an exciting calendar of entertainment, family activities and special events to keep the resort atmosphere alive throughout the renovation.

Here's just a taste of what we have planned:

• Daily entertainment and activities, including arts and crafts, family challenges, interactive games and more!

• Evening entertainment featuring Bingo, Trivia Night, Family Feud, Deal or No Deal and family game nights.

• Foam Party Fridays with DJ Too Tall!

• Weekend specials featuring temporary water slides, face painting, caricature artists and other family-friendly entertainment.

• Special appearances from Gatorland, including live reptile shows on select dates.

• Seasonal celebrations, including Fall Break festivities, Halloween activities and Thanksgiving week entertainment.

NEW ACTIVITIES

Our newest outdoor recreation space is now welcoming residents and guests, bringing a whole new collection of activities to Solterra!

Located near the clubhouse, The Lawn features an exciting lineup of outdoor recreation options, including:

• Beach volleyball

• Nine-hole putting green

• Cornhole and bocce ball

• Horseshoes

• Giant chess



RESORT POOL

A 3-minute walk to the clubhouse: heated lazy river, heated pools, hot tub, water slide, cabanas, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, soccer fields, playground, and poolside café.

To use the lazy river, resort pools, hot tub, tennis courts, and pickleball courts, the resort charges a $35 access fee per household for your whole stay. This fee is paid directly to the resort. Hours and rules are set by the HOA.

- About 10 miles to Walt Disney World, 21 miles to Universal

HOUSE RULES

- Check-in at 4 PM. If the home is ready, early check-in at 3 PM may be available for $40. Not guaranteed.

- Checkout at 10 AM. Please follow the checkout list in the home.

- Maximum 12 guests. No parties or events. No smoking anywhere on the property.

- Pool and spa heat must be paid at least 4 days before check-in. Spa jets run only with heat.

PETS

- Well-behaved dogs welcome, $250 per dog

- No pets on furniture or carpeted areas. Please clean up pet hair.

CAMERAS

- One exterior camera at the front door. No cameras inside the home.

GUEST ACCESS

The whole home, private pool and spa, and the game room. The lazy river, resort pools, hot tub, tennis courts, and pickleball courts require the $35 resort access fee, paid directly to the resort.

Looking to squeeze in a workout, challenge someone to a match or simply enjoy some time outdoors?

Our fitness center, tennis courts and pickleball courts remain open and available throughout the aquatic improvement project.

The clubhouse also remains open, offering a welcoming space to gather with friends, relax and enjoy our scheduled activities and evening entertainment.

With The Lawn now joining our lineup of available amenities, there are plenty of ways to stay active and make the most of your time at Solterra!

🍔 CAFÉ SOL — GREAT FOOD, COCKTAILS & DELIVERY!

The café may be temporarily closed for renovations, but Café Sol Bar & Grille is still serving up great food, refreshing drinks and all your resort favorites!

We've made some exciting adjustments to keep Café Sol available throughout the improvement project, including a revamped menu designed specifically for pickup and delivery.

Our goal throughout this project is to make the most of the amenities we have available, introduce new experiences and give our residents and guests plenty of reasons to continue enjoying the resort.

Whether you're joining us for an evening of family entertainment, enjoying a little friendly competition on The Lawn, getting in a workout or settling in for a delicious Café Sol dinner, there's still plenty happening at Solterra!

And while we're busy keeping the fun going, the District's project team will continue moving forward with the aquatic improvements. The current target for reopening remains mid-December, subject to construction progress, weather and any unforeseen project conditions.
