Communication was non-existent...not prior to arrival or at any time during the stay. The access code was not sent. Regal staff had to assist with getting the access code, as Tracy NEVER communicated the expected information. After accessing the unit, it was evident that the unit had not been cleaned or prepared in any way to receive guests. There was no internet access. We've stayed at Regal properties, and this was our worst experience ever. Not from a Regal perspective, but from a 634 Terra Lago perspective. Future stays with renovations and upgrades is highly unlikely.

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding multiple unresolved issues at the Regal Palms property. Unfortunately, communication has been poor and responses have been slow or nonexistent, which has added to the frustration of these ongoing problems.Below is a detailed list of issues that require immediate attention:Poor communication and lack of responsiveness from managementDining room table leg is brokenHallway light is burned outInternet service is not workingRecliner is broken and cannot raise the leg (small couch, right-hand side)No access to enter the gate or the poolTV cable does not workUpstairs bathroom and bedroom blinds are brokenWater leak in the living room from the AC vent when the upstairs shower/tub is usedNo small or medium-sized pots availableDownstairs bathroom tub drains very slowlyExhaust vent upstairs does not turn onDishwasher does not work properly; it does not complete a cycle and ran all nightDryer does not work properly.Fire extinguisher expired March 2012.These issues significantly affect comfort, safety, and the overall quality of the stay.

Regal Palms Vacation

The resort was great as always. The host was quick to answer my calls, but there was no follow through with fixing things that needed repair. The TV was missing HDMI cables, so had to purchase them in order to watch TV. The lamp in twin bedroom wouldn't work had to take lamp from master room in order to have a light, the glass kitchen table was really wobbly and no screw on one leg, and the stair treads were coming up. It worked great for our group plus our dogs, but I feel these things should'vebeen taken care of.

worst experience ever!

we arrived to check in and upon arrival we noticed that the property was not vacant! we checked in at the office and we were told that the owner of the property was occupying the house, they said they were going to find us another house to stay because the owner was not going to leave the house and we were so upset because we had already paid the full amount and we were stranded with nowhere to go! it was such a horrible experience as we had to go out of our way to look for a hotel to stay in short amout of time! they were not able to find somewhere else for us to stay so we had to pay way more money than what we had previously thought. this was such an awful experience and the worst part was that we did not even get an apology from the owner nor a valid reason as to why we were not able to stay! Be CAUTIOUS and hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
