Allure Villa: 5 Bedrooms

Pleasant five bedroom single story villa with its own private pool located in the popular golfing community of Highlands Reserve.

Allure villa has been decorated and furnished to a good standard with tiled flooring throughout the living areas. It has five well proportioned bedrooms with the master bedroom boasting a king size bed, and ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower and separate bath. Additionally you will find three bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom features two twin beds and Mickey theme that the kids will love. There is a further full shared bathroom and half bath.

This villa boasts an exceptional open plan living space with a large sectional sofa and double patio doors leading out to the screened pool. Make yourself at home with the large smart TV including cable services and high speed internet.

The dining room has a homely solid wood table and chairs, perfect for any meal occasion. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed to give you total flexibility whether it is for a pre-park breakfast, a light poolside lunch or full evening dinner.

The pool deck overlooks a delightful wooded aspect and privacy wall. It comes with sun beds and table and chairs for a little alfresco dining. The pool has an optional heater which can be activated at an extra cost.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

Highlands Reserve is a well manicured community set around highly regarded golf course, loctaed just off Hwy 27. The 18 hole golf course is open to the public and available to play all year round. Disney is 20-25 mins drive. Located 2 minutes drive is Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix supermarket with a gas station, Applebee's, IHOP, Chinese takeaway, Irish bar, fish & chips, pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more...
Across the road from Berry Town Center is a large CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Twistee Treat Ice cream shop, etc.

Great Stay

This was a terrific property and reasonably priced. Communication with the manager was top tier and every request was handled with professionalism. The property is as described — though, full transparency, it is an older property with older furniture. You can see the age in the property, decor, etc., but none of this is a deterrent. It is very comfortable, spacious, and fantastic for families, just need to be aware of the “style” in the event you’re looking for something else. While we didn’t use the pool, it is a large pool and would have loved to have spent more time there to enjoy it. The Mickey Mouse room is perfect for small children. I would only recommend easier accessibility to some of the lights as they are controlled at the source and not via switch or other means. Overall, 10/10 property, including its management. Will stay on our list to revisit.

ESPN Center stay

Property was a little bit further from the ESPN center then we thought but it was still reasonable. The property was more than adequate for a rental. Management was super responsive and helpful. Inside the home we found better instructions than any rental we have used before and we use lots of them Following our kids college sports events.

Not as Described….Needs Some TLC !

I have taken a week to think about this property after spending approx 2 months here . First of all the management company was excellent and went beyond trying to make this experience bearable . The home was very clean when we arrived which is always a plus . This home was meant for a quick family holiday and definitely not for long term . The furniture did not reflect the photos , maybe 10 yrs ago ! The couch was terrible springs covered with duct tape, it had a bad smell and was dirty and needs to be replaced . The beds were uncomfortable, double garage door with no opener , no mail service available and the landscaping around the pool was unkept and we were basically embarrassed to have guests. The owner did heat the pool for us since it was a long term rental and we were grateful for that as well but really this home needs some TLC. The whole Highland Reserve community was disappointing and this property which was rated 4+ was obviously rated on just the one reviews. I tried to send some pics of this property to VRBO but as yet have not heard back . Sorry for this rating but feel need to prevent someone else’s disappointment.

Family Vacation

The house is very nice, so is the pool, 1 little thing I would have liked is more baking pans and there was only small bowls, nothing to mix in or max a salad, no small or steak knives, because of COVID we didn’t go out so we really used the kitchen but we had a little bit of a problem with what was available in the kitchen. We did not have enough wash clothes, no toilet tissue or paper towels, I’m use to getting at least one of each to start with, but there was a dollar store across the street so it worked out. The washer and dryer works really well, but even with that I still would have given 41/2 stars but almost all of the beds was uncomfortable, they are bumpy and lumpy just not comfortable. I would still stay here again even with the bumpy bed. Oh yeah and I put the trash can out at the wrong time by accident and we parked in the drive way but apparently to close to the side walk that goes through the drive way, so we got a warning, Oh Yeah, HOA is very strick.
