The Space:
Sun pours through the windows of this five-bedroom ChampionsGate villa, and within minutes of arriving, the kids are already debating who gets the pool first. Whether you're here for the theme parks, the warm Florida weather, or simply to unplug and recharge together, this home delivers the space and setup for a genuinely memorable stay.
Living space
The main living area is open and easy, anchored by a comfortable TV lounge where evenings can stretch out long after a full day out. A dedicated dining area sits alongside a fully equipped kitchen, giving the group a proper place to gather for meals rather than scattering across fast food stops. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected, and the laundry room with washer and dryer is a welcome convenience for longer visits.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms spread across two floors sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. The king master suite on the upper floor offers a private retreat for the adults in the group. Also upstairs, a full bedroom and a twin bedroom suite with two twin beds provide flexible options for kids or additional guests. On the ground floor, two further full bedrooms round out the sleeping arrangements - giving everyone their own corner of the house to settle into.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full complement of cookware, dishes, and silverware. A coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, and wine glasses cover everything from lazy morning coffees to evening drinks on the patio. Cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper are included.
Outdoor
Step outside and you have a private pool and spa, a BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and a patio - everything needed for an afternoon that doesn't require leaving the property. Evenings here under the Florida sky have a way of turning into the highlight of the trip.
ChampionsGate community
Resort access is included with your stay, giving guests use of the ChampionsGate community amenities: clubhouse, fitness center, golf course, playground, swimming pools, tennis courts, and 24-hour guarded security.
Location
Walt Disney World is approximately 11 miles away - around 20-25 minutes by car. EPCOT and Disney Springs are both within 25-30 minutes, and Universal Orlando Resort is approximately 35-40 minutes. For shopping, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets and Universal's Volcano Bay are also within easy reach. Orlando International Airport is approximately 27 miles away, a 35-45 minute drive.
Getting around
Self check-in is available via smart lock, with private entrance from a separate street entrance. Free parking is available on the premises.
Please note
We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.
In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.
Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.
Guest Access:
Guests will be provided with check-in instructions 24 hours prior to the check-in. The home has an electric lock and you will be provided with a unique code which will be valid for the duration of your stay.
