Check in was easy. Front desk employees were super nice. Room was a little dated but clean. Only negative was a nightlight that is part of the outlet in the bathroom illuminated the bedroom area so it was never dark and could not be turned off.

Awful experience, there is nothing on their policy that states trailer parking has to be in the rear where no one can see it. Due to them making us park the trailer behind the resort 6000.00 dollars in electric bikes were stolen off of our trailer. Once the bikes were stolen only then did they allow us to move the trailer in front of our suit. There is also a HUGE homeless camp in an old abandoned hotel right behind the property. We tried to tell them that it was going to get stolen. Apparently the security footage just so happen to have a car parked in front of the camera right when our stuff got stolen. The resort would not do anything to try and help us. A police report was filed. Our daughters whole trip was ruined worse experience and the most unsafe I have ever felt anywhere.

Perfect for a stay in Florida. Room had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything looks like it has been updated from the current pictures on hotels.com. Stainless steel appliances, modern, clean and in great shape. Room stayed cool. Outside area was clean and in good repair. Pool was refreshing with plenty of loungers and tables. Staff was very friendly too.

This is a great hotel for the disney parks, plus it's close to grocery stores and restaurants. Spacious suites with full kitchens and in room laundry. Large pool with lots of loungers. They had some kind of craft or event almost every day which was a nice touch. Friendly and nice staff!!
