Negatives: The house is not very well maintained. Carpets are disgusting (it looks like the carpet from a college apartment) and we found many weird stains and even trash in the closet. The walls had holes, and it’s overall not very clean or kept up. The kitchen was not fully stocked but had most of the essentials dishes. We needed to buy our own dish towels. The fridge leaked from the freezer so we had to constantly clean that up. The dryer buttons didn’t work very well. The game room had good options but they were all broken. So no fun for the 7 and 9 year old boys. We even went out and purchased an Xbox controller so they could play with each other since there was only one working controller. We had some issues with the pool not filtering properly and getting very dirty and green, and after someone came to clean it, the temperature went sky high - like a hot tub! It wasn’t even enjoyable. So we had to call again for someone to come. There were no ceiling fans in the bedrooms which would have been nice. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable.Positives: big enough for all of us to have our own rooms and bathrooms. The pool area was big enough for all 12 adults and 3 kids. Nice lounge chairs by the pool. The main pool area at the clubhouse was very nice. We spent a few mornings there before it got really busy.
