We spent the last week at Hector’s place and had a fantastic stay. The property was exactly as described, and the previous reviews were spot on. Our first impression was how clean everything was—from the kitchen and bathrooms to the floors and beds.The outdoor area is the highlight. We opted to heat the pool, which was definitely worth it with temperatures in the 70s. The in-pool bar stools were a big hit—perfect for the kids to watch their shows, and later for the adults once we finally got control of the TV for the Masters. The grill area is top-tier and thoughtfully away from the main seating space, so smoke never interferes with folks relaxing or swimming.The location is perfect, with Publix, Target, CVS, and an ice cream shop all within a mile or two. We were in town for a wedding, so we didn’t have much time, but we did make it to Gatorland—highly recommend it if you have the time. It’s easily a full-day outing, and good for all ages. Lastly, Hector’s responsiveness and attention to detail truly set this property apart. He replied to messages within minutes and addressed a couple of minor issues quickly and without hesitation.Thank you, Hector and Mely, for a wonderful stay!

Loved this house! It is furnished with everything you would need. It was sooo clean, which I loved!It has a stocked kitchen and everything was spotless even the small appliances. The patio/pool is such great area, to have fun and lounge by the pool. It has everything; outdoor patio, bar, dinning table, hot tub, beach towels, pool toys, etc..The house is close to everything; Disney, Universal and other great attractions. Hector & Mely are great host. So kind and always quick to respond to anything we needed before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

This house is great! The pool and hot tub were clean and well taken care of. The kitchen is well equipped and so is the grilling area outside. The neighborhood is quiet. The location is pretty good too. You can get pretty much anything you need within a 5 minute drive. You wont regret selecting this house.

Orlando Retreat

This VRBO was just what we were looking for. Very clean, spread out, well equip with everything we needed. Safe quiet neighborhood, easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream stores, and all the things to do on E. Colonial. We used the pool and hot tub, and enjoyed sitting out back while the 3 kids swam in the pool. The recliner sofa in front of the big TV was so comfortable, we didn't want to get up. Hector and Mely were very responsive anytime I had a question. They are wonderful hosts. The house is exactly as described in print and photos. I would not hesitate to use this home again next time I'm in East Orlando.

NOT your typical air bnb that was obviously just thrown together by some out of town investor. This well appointed house was equipped with lots of dishes, quality cookware, towels, and other necessities. The outdoor area, pool, and hot tub were all clean and inviting for outdoor gathering and cooking. Highly recommended!
