The listing was accurate and the house looked mostly like all the photos. Management was also very attentive and helpful anytime I messaged them. The outdoor furniture needs to be updated and there were some cigarette butts thrown on the patio. Overall the stay was comfortable and clean, some more attention to detail could be used throughout especially with the floors as they felt sticky upon arrival and made our socks very dirty. Otherwise it was a nice stay and we enjoyed our time there.

Overall, our stay was very good! The place was comfortable and just as described. Communication with the host was great, they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Family Stay

The home was beautiful and very clean. We even had access to 2 car garage. The only drawback was a poorly outfitted kitchen. For a house that rents to large groups there were b o large kettles. One XL kettle and 3 Small/med No potholders , no dishrags or dish towels also no potato masher or electric mixer. However, the management was quick to act when we had a few issues. They were fixed or very promptly. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommendThis property.

Do not recommend

The stay was mediocre. When my family and I got there the AC was not working. We set the temperature to 67 and it said the inside was 82, like it's already hot in Florida. There was poop stains on 1 of the beds upstairs very unsanitary. The fridge barely kept our food cool. We contacted the host and the host basically told us there's too much food but it's a huge fridge, my own house fridge was way smaller and is able to keep food refrigerated. They only came to look at the AC and did nothing else. The host did nothing regarding the poop stains on bed and basically ignored us. I would never book here again or recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful and accommodating

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful place! The accommodations were perfect for everyone, and the kids had a fantastic time enjoying the pool. We really appreciated being able to mirror our devices to the TV for family movie nights. All the appliances worked flawlessly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner was incredibly responsive, addressing our questions promptly and even sending someone over within 30 minutes when we needed assistance. Overall, everything was beautiful, and we had a fantastic time. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful

Stay was amazing, location was great the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The only complaint I have is there were not a lot of big pots and pans to cook with and the water went cold quickly when two or more were showering at the same time. Overall everything was amazing will definitely book again in the future.

Birthday trip

The property was nice, the only reason I would not give a 5 star for a family of 23 they did not have pots big enough to prepare meals for us. Lots of pot covers but no bottom. I called to request biger size pots I did hear from them until two days later when I called to request gas for the grill I mentioned the pots and they send me a email stating they did not have pots to give us. That was a big inconvenience because we prepare our own meals. Accommodations for perfect for all 23 of us. Never speak to the manager or the host no one checked to see if we were ok, we did get the gas for the grill in a timely manner. We would stay there again if they get some good pots. Just to say they have no pots is unacceptable, Walmart have lots of pots that are reasonable in price.

Comfortable spot for enjoying Orlando

House was a nice property in a good area. As others have commented it’s slightly let down by some simple maintenance upkeep that needs performing in a few areas. No working Sun loungers in the pool area - broken and rusty ones left in there - all need throwing as they take up space and are unusable! Found blocked toilet on arrival - though plenty of other bathrooms out small party size could conveniently use. Broken latch on outside gate meant rear of the property was less secure than possible. There were more minor ones but nothing major enough to spoil your holiday if you’re getting out and about Orlando.

I was told that I had to wait until the day before to find out if I could check in early and then was told I would be charged $56.00. I was disappointed about that but otherwise the house and stay was lovely.

Short but sweet.

We stayed for two nights and spent most of our time at Universal. Overall the house was as advertised and perfect for our group. The pots and pans were very used and not great to cook in. I would also suggest having a couple larger items, like frying pan, to be able to cook for larger groups.

We had a great time, there was enough space for 13 of us. Home was clean and everything worked fine. Oldest guest in my group was 77 and the youngest was just 1 yr old. Everyone had a blast. Unfortunately we had one mishap. my wife slipped when entering the jacuzzi and got a really bad bruise on her leg. There should be a handrail or ladder.

Cold hot tub

The home was not as clean as I would have liked. There were no potholders or basics kitchen items. I message the property manager twice and was told “it takes time” for the hot tub to heat up. It never got hot the entire time we were there. It was 89 and that is not a hot tub temperature. I paid $70 and would like a refund for the hot tun heating, since it was never useable.
